Sales Force vs Production Department

In a traditional organisation involved in mass production and marketing, Production department is ruled by Saturn and Sales department is ruled by Mars.  Saturn represents old and traditional thoughts while Mars represents youthfulness and energy. Mars is fiery while Saturn is cold and dry. Saturn is also slow and unable to match the energy of mars. What are the sources of Conflict between production and sales department?

1) Sales department always wants immediate improvements in products to match the competitors while production department expresses its inability to immediately implement the proposed changes because of cost, technology and time constraints

2) Start product of the sales department is always short in supply while products available in excess supply don’t have demand in the market

3) Sales department is the face of the organisation and hence has to face wrath of the customers on quality issues (holding production department responsible for the same).

4) Sales department often accuses Production department for delay in deliveries and thus spoiling the deals

5) Production department accuses sales department of lack of timely feedback from the market

Then how does management resolve this conflict? Management Astrology has an answer to this. If you read astrology books, there is a common remedy for both Saturn and Mars, and that remedy is worship of Lord Hanuman. Does this mean that both Production and Sales department should recite Hanuman Chalisa seven times daily to resolve conflicts?
